In July 2023, Yunessun underwent its first major renovation since its opening to create Hakone’s first “flowing pool.”

※The Yunessun is not fully barrier-free. Please note that there are steps and stairs throughout.

How to Enter
- Yunessun・Mori no Yu:
Please pick up your Pass (QR code) at the hotel front desk on the 4th floor.
If you go directly to Yunessun, you can also receive it at the reception desk there.
* The Pass is also required when exiting, so please keep it safe until you leave.
* The Pass is valid only on the day of issue. Please receive one separately for your check-in day and check-out day.
Access
- Yunessun is across the crosswalk (3-min walk).
Use 4F gate for Yunessun, 3F or 4F for Mori no Yu.
How to Enter Facilities
- Hold the Pass (QR code) over the sensor at the entrance gate to enter.
There is no need to queue at the reception desk.
When using Mori no Yu, please present your Pass to the staff at the reception counter on the 3rd floor.
Free Rental for Hotel Guests
- 1 set per guest: Bath towel, face towel, swimsuit Pick up at "ukiuki" (Yunessun) or Mori no Yu counter.
Extra sets: charged per day
Payment
- Pay inside Yunessun.
Hotel room charge not available.
Accepted: credit card, IC cards, QR code payments
No cash. Waterproof phone case recommended.
